Turbulence Training for Fat Loss Workout program is ideal for people that would like to workout at home. It was created by fitness expert Craig Ballantyne. Craig has been a strength coach as well as doing research on sport supplements, strength training and cardiovascular training. Craig is also an author for many fitness magazines.

Craig Ballantyne created his first Turbulence Training workout in 2001. He first came up with this idea of shorter workouts when he was working in a lab for 16 hrs a day.
